Signing-In
How do I sign in with my TV Service Provider?
Choose your TV provider from the list on the sign-in page and enter the username and password associated with your account (the one you use to pay your bill/make changes to your account). Start streaming your favourite Citytv+ programs!
I don't see my TV service provider listed. How can I still watch Citytv programs on-demand?
We’re always working to add new TV service providers to the Citytv+ experience. If your provider is not currently listed as a Citytv+ distributor or does not offer programming for a specific brand (Food Network, HGTV, Discovery, Bravo, etc.), we encourage you to call them directly and let them know your interest in accessing this content. In the meantime, you can start a free 7-day trial of Citytv+ on Amazon Prime Video Channels.
I’m having trouble signing in with my TV Service Provider. Where do I go?
If you have Citytv and any of the channels available on Citytv+ included in your TV package, the login credentials used to watch on-demand content on Citytvplus.ca or through the Citytv+ app will be the same one used to view your online monthly bill through your provider’s website. If you’re still having issues signing in, please contact your TV service provider directly for more assistance.
What if I don’t have a TV Service Provider?
You can still watch all of the amazing content available on Citytv+ by subscribing to the Amazon Prime Video Channel directly. Finding your Show
I used to watch my show on Citytv.com or FXNOWCanada.com, why can I no longer watch there?
We’ve made accessing content from Citytv, FX, Bravo and all of our new and exciting brands like Food Network, HGTV, or Discovery, easier than ever by creating the new Citytvplus.ca. Viewers can now access content from all of these great brands and more all in one convenient site and app! As a result, Citytv.com and FXNowCanada.ca are no longer in operation. If you’re used to using these apps to watch your favourite shows, simply look up “Citytv+” in your app store or on your smart device and follow the download and sign-in process.
I can’t access all of the content on Citytv+. How can I watch shows or channels that are currently locked?
If you are trying to watch a show to which you’re not subscribed, you’ll get a notice that you need to contact your TV Provider to access this content. In this case, you’ll need to reach out to them directly to subscribe to the channel that offers this program. If your TV Provider does not currently offer a specific channel (for example, Food Network, HGTV, Discovery, Bravo, etc.), we encourage you to let them know your interest in accessing this content. In the meantime, to watch ALL of the content available with Citytv+, you can start a free 7-day trial of Citytv+ on Amazon Prime Video Channels.
