The Dream Begin. This season's theme is The American Dream. Eighteen diverse contestants have come from all over America to follow their dream to work for Chef Gordon Ramsay.

A Tad Overwhelming. Eager chefs compete to earn the punishment pass and a rocky first dinner service for both teams has tensions running high.

Citizens Of Hell's Kitchen. The contestants serve brunch to new American citizens. One team is rewarded with a swanky Hollywood rooftop pool party, while the losing team picks up confetti.

Gimme An H! The contestants must create elevated American comfort food dishes.

Just Bring the DARN Fish! Gordon Ramsay hosts a fiery cooking competition in which the winner receives a head chef position.

Fusion Confusion. The chefs go head to head in a soccer themed fusion cuisine challenge with soccer legend Alexi Lalas. Fusion chef Tony Messina guest judges.

All Up In Your Grills. After losing another team member, the red team bands together in hopes to take down the seemingly unstoppable blue team.

Cooking For Your Life. The chefs face their most difficult challenge yet communication. The challenge gets turned on its head and shines the spotlight on a select few contestants.

More Bang For Your Buck. Revered chef and restaurateur Suzanne Goin rates the chefs' dishes. Dinner service featuring guests actress Elodie Yung and influencer Liza Koshy.

The Pastabilities Are Endless. Olympic champion Jordan Chiles shows the chefs how to find balance in a gymnastics-themed challenge. Chef Evan Funke guest judges.

A Hellish Food Fight. The infamous blind taste test returns. The pressure is on for dinner service, as the chefs serve stars such as actress Rosanna Arquette and actor Greg Germann.

A Hell's Kitchen Special Delivery. It is time for Chef Ramsay to hand out the legendary black jackets.

Hellish Hangover. The chefs attempt to impress influential guests including actress Mary Lynn Rajskub, Gavin Rossdale, and Bob the Drag Queen. Gordon makes a shocking decision.

Don't Be Fooled. The chefs are tested to see if they have the attention to detail it takes to run a kitchen, with a few tricks thrown in by chef Ramsay. Guest judge Kevin Meehan.

And Then There Were Two. The final three contestants face their last challenge before the final dinner service.
