In the Eye of the Storm

Hurricane Helene barrels north into Appalachia, dumping 30 inches of rain; as hundreds of cameras capture flooding and mudslides, one woman gets swept away by the deluge, until a man attending a wedding rehearsal jumps into the water to save her.
